TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Hours Arrival: from 13:00 from the first day of arrival. Departure: up to 12:00 of the departure date. If the client does not arrive on the date agreed upon, for whatever reason, they must inform Ibiza Password as soon as possible. Method of Payment 40% of the total cost, payable upon booking by wire transfer. Remaining balance is payable only in cash upon delivery of the keys. Deposit The deposit amount is variable in accordance with the total value of the rent of the premises and its content and must be paid along with the remaining balance upon receipt of the keys. The de-posit is returned in full on the day of departure and once all the inventory and condition of the rented property is verified. The price includes: a) Furniture b) Cutlery c) Kitchen Utensils d) Electricity, Water and Gas (exceptions apply) e) External Maintenance f) Bed Linens g) Cleaning Accessories (brushes, mops etc.) h) Cleaning of the premises prior to arrival and must be left in the same condition i) Local Assistance Everything is supplied in accordance with the amount of people renting. It is forbidden for any extra people to stay in the premises without prior consent form Ibiza Password. Damage If any objects, furniture or utensils are compromised, broken or not in good condition up your arrival, you must contact our staff immediately so they can see to fixing the object in question as quickly as possible. The client shall be considered responsible for any miss-use or damage caused to the property and shall be charged for the repair costs. This also applies for the furniture, utensils, accessories that are present at the moment of your arrival. Unexpected Difficulty Our Staff and the property owner cannot be made responsible for any inconsistencies and outages of water, electricity, telephone etc. as these are local services of which we have no control. House cleaning The premises must be left as clean as it was upon your arrival. We ask you to pay particular at-tention to this upon your arrival. If this clause is not respected a sum will retained from the deposit to cover the costs. Bed Sheet Bed sheets are changed once per week. Waste rubbish must be disposed of in the containers (grey and green), which you will find along the road. In the case you decide not dispose of the rubbish personally, a cleaning lady can be provided to do it for you at a rate of 20 euro per week. Bindings sub-letting and giving up the property is prohibited, wether it be in partial or full term, honorary or free. The premises may not be assigned to any other activity without prior consent from Ibiza Password. Booking Please do not hesitate to contact or make an appointment with us.
